PACIANO F. FALLAR JR.
Jun Fallar is a highly qualified labor lawyer. He has represented and advised Boehringer Ingelheim, Medical City, Nissan Motors, Asian Terminals, CAP Group of Companies, Ateneo de Manila University and San Beda College among others, in labor matters such as CBA negotiations, mediation or conciliation proceedings, certification elections, intra and inter-union disputes, redundancy and retrenchment programs, illegal strikes, termination cases and other complex disciplinary cases. He also practices immigration law.
He serves as a trustee at Albert Schweitzer Association Philippines Inc. (ASAPI), a non-government organization involved with children in conflict with the law (“CICL”).
Jun Fallar obtained his law degree from the University of the Philippines where he was both a member of the Order of Purple Feather (Honor’s List) and the student editorial board of the Philippine Law Journal. He was Dean’s Lister at the Ateneo de Manila University where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1994. Jun Fallar was a partner of JGLaw prior to co-founding Pastrana Fallar.
