WINSTON T. GONZALES

Winston Gonzales counsels and advises clients on various legal concerns. Specific areas of practice include special project negotiations and management, legislative lobby and liaison, government regulatory compliance, corporate legal management and housekeeping and real estate transactions and conveyancing.

Winston Gonzales acts as general counsel to Congressman Abraham Kahlil B. Mitra,Representative of the Second District of Palawan.  He represents the Congressman in legislative, oversight and government functions as may be delegated. He also acts as overall coordinator of government plans, programs and projects within the Congressional District. Under the authority of the Congressman, he negotiates for budget allocation and project funding or financing process for local programs, infrastructure and overseas development funded projects.

Winston Gonzales is also Special Assistant to the Chairman of the Palawan Council for Sustainable Development.  As such, he advises and counsels the Chairman on legal and administrative matters particularly relating to programs and projects implementation with specific focus on sustainable development and environmental protection.                

Winston Gonzales obtained his law degree from San Beda College of Law. He was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1992.  He obtained his undergraduate degree (BS Commerce, Major in Economics) from the University of Santo Tomas.  Prior to joining Pastrana Fallar, Winston Gonzales also worked as a senior associate at the Gonzales Batiller Bilog and Associates.
