GERALDINE MARIE B. MARTINEZ

Gigi Martinez is a versatile lawyer experienced in such fields as family law and government relations. She represents clients in cases involving declaration of nullity of marriages, claim for legal support, adoption and other cases involving family relation issues. Gigi Martinez is also a licensed real estate broker. She thus renders competent advice on real estate transactions such as registration, acquisitions, conveyancing and project development.

Gigi Martinez previously held public office as a member of the Sanggunianng Panlalawigan (the provincial legislative body) of the Province of Batangas where she honed her skills in legislative work and public service.  She has maintained excellent working relationships with government officials at the national and local levels.  She also monitors legislation and regulations with potential impact on the firm’s clients.

Gigi Martinez obtained her law degree from San Beda College of Law. She was admitted to the Philippine Bar in 1994.  She obtained her undergraduate degree (AB Philisophy) from the University of the Philippines.  Prior to joining Pastrana Fallar, Gigi Martinez also worked with non-government organizations such as the Women’s Legal Bureau and as legal adviser to Senator Loren Legarda.
